Place your monitor directly in front of you, ensuring it is about an arm's length away. The top of the screen should be at or slightly below eye level. If you use a laptop as a secondary device, position it close to the monitor, at the same height using a laptop stand.
This setup helps in reducing the need for excessive head turning or eye movement, which can lead to strain. For optimal viewing, both screens should be tilted slightly upwards at the bottom, ensuring that you can see the display clearly without glare.
